Today I just had 30 minutes in the morning before I rushed to catch a train. Will probably do the rest of the workout at night. Finished 1 set of 25 rounds getting up early @ 5 am and taking a hot water bath. That helped to loosen the body and be ready for a workout. Generally I need an hour after I wakeup to workout at the earliest.

Today was a cool day outside and hence it took some time to start sweating. Completed 75 rounds today with relative ease compared to last workout. Started sweating after 2 sets (30 Rounds).

I wanted to complete 75 rounds today and hence changed the number of rounds per set and the total number of sets. I broke the workout into 5 sets with 15 rounds per set. After the first set was completed, I started sweating and it was heavy after 23 rounds. I was thoroughly exhausted while doing the 5th set and felt great after 75 rounds. If I continue doing 75 rounds for the next 3 – 4 weeks, I am sure I can loose a few pounds.

This is probably one of the few workouts that is thoroughly a total body workout. Right from loosing flab on abs, it works your biceps, pecs, hamstrings and massages the endocrine glands.
