Week#2 – Workout #4 (#8)

I wanted to complete 75 rounds today and hence changed the number of rounds per set and the total number of sets. I broke the workout into 5 sets with 15 rounds per set. After the first set was completed, I started sweating and it was heavy after 23 rounds. I was thoroughly exhausted while doing the 5th set and felt great after 75 rounds. If I continue doing 75 rounds for the next 3 – 4 weeks, I am sure I can loose a few pounds.

Number of rounds per Set : 15

Time taken to complete : 50 (including relaxation of 4 minutes)
