Week#3 Workout #2 (#10)

Today I just had 30 minutes in the morning before I rushed to catch a train. Will probably do the rest of the workout at night. Finished 1 set of 25 rounds getting up early @ 5 am and taking a hot water bath. That helped to loosen the body and be ready for a workout. Generally I need an hour after I wakeup to workout at the earliest.
