			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I just had 30 minutes in the morning before I rushed to catch a train. Will probably do the rest of the workout at night. Finished 1 set of 25 rounds getting up early @ 5 am and taking a hot water bath. That helped to loosen the body and be ready for a workout. Generally I need an hour after I wakeup to workout at the earliest. </p>

I was thoroughly exhausted while doing the 5th set and felt great after 75 rounds. If I continue doing 75 rounds for the next 3 &#8211; 4 weeks, I am sure I can loose a few pounds.</p>
